My Process

This is an example for my process which basically stays the same for all different packages, just the scope of work changes and varies.

Meeting
First interview

During an initial informal and free get-to-know meeting, you tell me about your concerns, your company, your target group and your ideas. I clarify your needs and answer your questions and advise you.

Drafting
Discovery

This is where we take the time to understand and discover more about your brand, vision and needs. I'll send you a questionnaire to find out more about foundational ideas, mood boards, color palettes and your inspiration.

Calculation
Quotation

I'll make an offer including all the features you need. The quote is binding and half of it is counted as a down payment. As soon as you confirm it we schedule your project. If additional features are desired later, this is of course possible at an additional cost. If you book me as your Virtual Assistant payments are made monthly or quarterly.

Designing
Concept

Depending on which service you book, we talk about your inventory, tools, target group, competitors, hosting, structure, layout, as well as all necessary functions. Followed by first rough designs which I coordinate with you.

Finalization
Implementation

This is where I'll implement all the things we talked about. I'll set up your tools/server and customize everything regarding the style and adapt functionalities.

Release
Launch

Time to show off! For graphic elements you'll receive all documents, guidelines and information in a google drive folder. By booking me as your Virtual Assistant our journey together starts right here!

In most cases (especially for websites) a long term cooperation/monitoring works better because search engines always have to “learn” new content and sometimes it has to be adapted. When you book me as your Virtual Assistant, trust definitely builds over time and giving work to someone isn’t always easy in the beginning. My prices depend on the service and the packages you book. That’s why it’s important that you send me all the information I might need. This way I can send you a non-binding offer. Feel free to check out my services.

My complete work procedure is listed here. There you can see a rough picture what my steps are. Depending on which service you book, we may skip some steps or add some steps here and there.

Once you have chosen a concept that you would like to move forward with and I’ve sent you the prototype, there will be up to 3 rounds of revisions be allowed. Additional revisions (change of concept, change of design entirely,..) will be charged as per my hourly rate.

All projects are on a first come first serve, book-in policy. You have to make the 50% deposit to confirm your project. By contacting me for the first time it’s very helpful for me to know your estimated or planned launch date. 

I mainly work with WordPress since it gives the most options for an individual outcome. For a simpler usage and easier access (if you are a beginner and want to have the full control) I would recommend using Shopify or Squarespace.

Once you have confirmed your interest on working with me, you will need to make a 50% deposit payment before I commence the project. I accept PayPal and Bank Transfer as payment methods.
No, there won’t be refunds after you’ve made the first deposit. By paying the first 50% you agree to pay the whole amount even if you decide to cancel during the project.

Yes, I do offer ongoing support. There are two options: Either I can show you how to maintain, backup, update and control your website or I take over these parts and also take care of technical support for a monthly fee. If you decide to add some content or pages later on, this will be charged separately.
